Recently finished our 3 visits. Carl, was fantastic, gave lots of good advice, especially with us being 8 months Pregnant, has really reassured us on what to do next. Very thorough when completing his checks. Would highly recommend this company and would defo suggest requesting Carl. 10/10 service.

Very prompt and efficient service, and flexible with regard to accommodating my availability. Carl was very professional, and gave helpful advice to avoid repeat problems with an outside shed/workshop. He paid close attention to general hygiene to avoid cross contamination, which was very much appreciated. Would highly reccommend.

We had a great experience with this company. We had a wasps nest at the side of the building for a while, and we contacted this company for help. They were able to come out the next day, arrived on time and resolved the issue very quickly. They were affordable and responded to our initial enquiry very quickly too. No complaints.

Great service from STP for removal of a wasp nest in our garden shed. Phoned and was offered a same day call out but went with next day due to other commitments. Carl came to deliver the treatment, he was friendly and knowledgable and explained the process and safety measures. Within a couple of hours the nest was inactive and we could safely dispose of the nest. Thanks would definitely recommend.

Carl came out the next day to tackle a wasp nest. He fully explained everything to us and told us about aftercare as well as we have pets. He was very personable and we couldn’t rate the service high enough. We would definitely use the services again!
