We hired Zach & Miguel of Strait Edge Painting following the renovation of our kitchen and floor replacement. We painted the Kitchen and also 400+ feet of new baseboards. Then we also decided to paint all the trim in the house, including all doors, window sills & fireplace. After 25 years they needed it! We could not be more happy with the results. It's like we have an entirely NEW home!! I received 4 quotes for the work and Zach was by far the most knowledgeable, professional and upfront on the scope of work. (He also spent a couple hours working directly with my wife to select the best Paint Color for our new kitchen = of course not easy) I strongly encourage those looking to paint to give Zach a call. He is an excellent communicator, experienced and was able to work around our busy schedule. A special shout out to Miguel. He was the most respectful, detailed and hard-working contractor yet. I used this company a few years ago to paint the exterior of my home. The owner communicated the process and timeline clearly from the start, and his crew completed the job within the agreed timeframe. The quality of the work was excellent and the paint still looks great three years later. I recently called them back for a quote on an interior paint job. The quote was very reasonable, and once again the workmanship was top notch. The crew took great care to protect the surrounding areas and left everything clean. I was incredibly nervous to go through the process of having my home painted. We built the house 14 years ago and it hasn't been painted since. Additionally, we live at the beach so the wear-and-tear on the house is always pretty extreme, and I was planning on making a major color change. I had three separate quotes for the project and decided to go with Zach at Straight Edge. Throughout the entire process, Zach and his team have been absolutely amazing, literally since the day the proposal arrived at my door, before I even committed to using their services. The packet that was dropped off fully explained their services, what products are used, and what to expect from the project manager and team. During the service, the team was on time, clean, and extremely professional and friendly. I even got compliments from the neighbors about their professionalism. Most importantly, Zach communicated extensively and kept me apprised of every step of the project. I could go on and on with praise, but you get the idea. Sometimes, it's really hard to find excellent contractors - especially with projects this big - but I am so happy I went with Straight Edge. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a painting project, and I will definitely use them again in the future!
