I joined Strong Burleigh two months ago now and am completely hooked. The combination of class types throughout the week keeps things interesting and the instructors are motivating. Highly recommend!!
I did the trial class at Strong Pilates Burleigh and absolutely loved it! The flow of the sessions and the way everything is conducted are amazing. It’s also a great studio for parents since they have a creche for kids — such a bonus! I’m a bit of a shy person and don’t usually like to chat much, but I felt really comfortable here. It’s a very welcoming space where you can just focus on your workout and feel safe and confident. The classes really activate muscles I didn’t even know I had, and I love that! I stay focused the entire time, which is something very important to me. At the end, they even give you a little mint towel — such a nice touch after sweating! For anyone heading to work after class, the studio has great facilities with showers and everything you need. Overall, I just loved the whole experience!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been Doing Strong Pilates since February and I’m feeling stronger, fitter, and maybe a little invincible. I can honestly say I’m addicted and love the variety of movements and the way it makes me feel leaving each class. If you want to feel fitter, stronger, and maybe slightly smug when you effortlessly lift your suitcase into the overhead compartment, this is the place. Love the fun atmosphere, and Tash’s energy is amazing! She somehow makes you laugh and regret life choices while your muscles are on fire (in the best way possible.)
I am loving STRONG Pilates Burleigh! Typically i have been someone who gets bored of my exercise routine quite quickly and it starts to feel like a chore but since coming here I find myself genuinely excited to go to classes and booking in most days. The staff here have been super welcoming, friendly and encouraging - sending texts to check in on me, helping me with my form during classes (with zero judgement) and pushing me to my full potential. Plus the playlists are bomb and the vibes are high. Obsessed!
STRONG Pilates Burleigh has been such a great spot to train. The workouts are tough but super rewarding! I love the combination of pilates with a strength workout - a unique experience at STRONG. The energy is always upbeat and welcoming and the trainers give awesome mods to suit whatever level you’re at. Always leave feeling better than when I walked in!! Thanks all 😊
