Hands down the best rental spot in the East Bay. I’ve rented a few times and every time the service is extremely helpful and friendly. If you have a last minute need, they are happy to help! I’m so glad I found this company so close to my home. I won’t host an event without them!
I work in Live Events so have dealt with many Rental companies. The folks at the Dublin, CA location are super helpful and great to deal with. I had to make a change to the order and they were wonderful. Definitely will keep them at the top of my Vendor List.
This is the third time I have used Stuart Rentals this year and it’s gotten progressively worse. The majority of their items from their tables, to their chairs, linens and furniture is damaged, dirty and not well taken care of at all. The chair cushions for their Chiavari chairs were stained, and smudged. There were footprints on several of them as if they are on the ground in the warehouse and people just step on them. Their tables are wobbly. The bar we rented was broken and I could see why… when it was picked up it was literally thrown on top of the heap of stuff in the back of the truck that they had picked up from another event. Nothing is covered or tied down. The linens are ratty. The only thing that was clean was the glassware. Even the plates had flatware scratches all over them. On top of all of that, the person I’ve dealt with on the phone seems genuinely annoyed that she has to work for a living. The guys that drop off are super sweet but that’s not enough. If you are planning a formal, classy or nice event, Stuart Rentals is a hard pass. I wouldn’t ever use them again.
We had a wonderful experience renting from Stewart Rentals. This was our first time using this company and everything went smoothly! They had exactly what we wanted available, the online paperwork and payment is very easy to use and the items were in great condition. I will happily refer people to Stewart and use them again!
