I had only hear great things about the team at Subtly You, and they were all true! I had a great experience with nurse Julia! Julia was thorough and made sure I was aware of the details of my procedure & the post care instructions. For my first time at Subtly You, Julia made me feel extremely comfortable, and I will definitely be back for all my future treatments!
I would highly recommend Subtly You to anyone looking for expert recommendations and subtle enhancements that feel natural but still different! Even if you don’t live in Kitchener Waterloo, it’s still worth the drive! Vanessa is so knowledgeable, trustworthy, and kind! The whole team is so friendly, too. 10/10 !!
Amazing! I’ve been to six different medical aesthetics clinics over the last decade and the professionalism and customer service here is incredible! As a business owner myself, I truly appreciate how warm and welcoming the staff are and my nurse injector was extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to educate me and help explain why I had had such unpleasant experiences with treatments at other clinics. 🏆👌🏼💯🙏🏼
Kari was absolutely incredible. She made what was a very intense procedure for myself, very comforting. She talked me through the whole process right from the initial visit to the completed procedure. She was very professional, compassionate and did an amazing job. For someone who was just experimenting with filler for the first time I wouldn’t have recommended anyone else! The communication with this clinic was great, the environment and space was very clean and professional. The front receptionists were all extremely friendly and welcoming. Booking was easy…. All in all I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely be going back in the future. They offer so many treatments and I wouldn’t trust anyone more!
I’ve been going to Subtly You for about a year and a half now and have had the absolute best experience with Andrea, the nurse injector. I’ve had Botox and lip filler done by her, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I have challenging M-shaped lips, and Andrea has done an amazing job enhancing them while keeping everything natural and balanced. What I truly appreciate is that she never pushes for more. If you come in with unrealistic expectations, she’s honest, realistic, and takes the time to explain what is and isn’t achievable — which speaks volumes about her professionalism and integrity. She is incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. I honestly didn’t realize I could look this refreshed and confident while still looking like myself. I’ve also had microneedling and Morpheus treatments at Subtly You, and they’ve made such a positive difference in my skin. Overall, these treatments have helped me reconnect with myself post-partum, and for that I’m truly grateful. Highly recommend Andrea and the entire Subtly You team.
