What a great business! I always felt like my cat was left in good hands with them. They clearly communicate with pictures and updates and make sure your pet is well taken care of. It’s such a stress reliever when you’re on vacation and not having to worry about your pets care all in the comfort of your own home. They’re typically available during holidays if you book in advance. I strongly recommend their service to anyone looking for pet sitting. I’m really hoping they expand their service areas!

I had such a great experience with Sugars Pet Sitting!!! I was out of town for a week and they took such great care of my dogs. I got daily updates and pictures which really put me at ease. When I got home my dogs were happy and relaxed which says it all. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

My babies are 16 and 10.5. Hobbit the younger one has IBS and is on medication and is fed constantly. She is a new baby for us. We adopted her 6 weeks ago. We have never used a pet sitter before. We usually just have family stop by. We are so thrilled we contacted Sugar’s Pet Sitting. They were fantastic. They did everything they promised and more. Kali and Hobbit were so well cared for and loved. We received pictures and notes after every visit so we could see how things were going. I could respond and make changes as the time went on and they were happy to accommodate me in anyway I needed them too. I would recommend them to anyone and we will definitely use them again.

Gosh where do I start? Kathlyn has been a part of my pups lives for years. She and her team have the taken extra steps that I asked for many times, going above and beyond the norm in making sure they were taken care of and feeling loved. Recently we lost our tri-pod Phoebe to a inoperable tumor. Phoebe loved Kathlyn and I know the feeling was mutual. Always expressing her care and concern, I know Phoebe’s passing affected her as well. Last week, our front door lock that uses a code key wouldn’t work (dead battery) and my husband was locked out of the house after taking our Lola for a walk. He didn’t take his keys. The only person I could think that had a key to our house was Sugar’s Pet Sitting. I was out of town and couldn’t help. Kathlyn contacted Nancy who has taken care of Phoebe and Lola and she brought a key to unlock our door within the hour. I can’t express our gratitude for their willingness to help us. I highly recommend Sugar’s Pet Sitting, they are loving, trustworthy and timely, you will not be disappointed.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because Kathlyn sure deserves it! My dogs have never had a sitter or ever been kenneled, but a week after I moved to TX on my own, I had to have surgery and would be in the hospital 2 nights, plus not be able to walk afterward. I met w/ Kathlyn twice before my surgery and was so comfortable allowing her to spend both nights in my home with my babies and then come to check on them and walk them during the day. She kept me posted on how they were doing the whole time AND she's even helped me out with little things I've needed that I couldn't do for myself. My dogs just LOVE her! They have changed the name to "Sugar's" in honor of their mother, who I'm sure would be SO proud of what a kind and caring daughter she has. I just can't say enough about this young woman and would have zero reservation in recommending her (and her sister) for your pet's needs.
