A Hidden Gem with Heart and Flavor I've been to Summerwind Vineyard a few times now, and each visit feels like an escape. Their sweet white, Two Rivers, is amazing - crisp, refreshing, and just the right amount of sweetness. Paired with their Pimento Cheese plate is my perfect go-to for deliciousness. Outdoor seating is great for both summer afternoons and cozying up next to one of their firepits on cooler nights. All their staff is friendly and always helpful. If you're unsure what to order, they don't just make a suggestion, they somehow know exactly what will suit your taste. It's that kind of helpful service that keeps me coming back. Whether you're a wine lover or just looking for a relaxing spot with great vibes, Summerwind Vineyard is a must visit.
I brought 3 girlfriends to enjoy the experience. The staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone is sweet, accommodating to the lovely but interesting Yellow jackets outside. A bee gotten into our glass of wine because they wanted to share. Lol. But the perfect place to sit and relax . We will be returning.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere, drinks, and food. The staff was very helpful and the grounds were clean and well maintained - beautiful scenery outdoors and charming decor indoor. This is a lovely destination for a day trip 😌
## Restaurant Review: Summerwind Vineyard We recently visited **Summerwind Vineyard** and had a wonderful experience. The beautiful setting made for a perfect afternoon. We enjoyed the **Governor's Choice flight**, which featured a fantastic selection of wines. Each pour was well-curated, showcasing crisp whites and rich reds that delighted our palates. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, enhancing our tasting experience with great insights. Overall, Summerwind Vineyard is a must-visit for wine lovers, and I look forward to returning to explore more of their offerings!
Awesome winery! They have dining available indoors and out! You are able to make reservations for larger parties if needed. We enjoyed two flights of wine and definitely had our favorites, but all of the wine was good. Enjoyed the outdoor patio with good music playing at an appropriate level where you could easily maintain conversation. They had a couple sets of corn hole boards and a nice fire pit area. We ordered the hummus and the prosciutto flatbread with both having a beautiful presentation, fresh ingredients, and fabulous taste! There is a waterfront view and small section of pier you can walk out on for a better view of creek and Smithfield station out in the distance. Huge grass area for picnics and dogs to play! Very dog friendly! You can see the grape vines and beautiful grapes growing as you drive up to the winery, which I thought was nice.
