Summit catering did an incredible job for our wedding at Hillside Gardens. Jess was so easy to work with and the catering team was on it the entire night. We did the backyard barbecue menu and people were raving about the food! We couldn't be more happy with Summit and I'd highly recommend them. (Unfortunately I don't have photos yet but I'll try to remember to upload them once I do!)
I do not have enough positive things to say about Jess and her team! From our first interaction, she was friendly and provided a customized menu option. Loved the food at our trial, and loved it even more on our wedding day! We got a taco-bar buffet style dinner and appetizers. Make sure to ask for the CORN DIP!!!! Our guests were so complimentary of the food and desert, and the staff was helpful and ensured everything was cleaned up. They boxed up the leftovers, ensured all the rental plates were cleaned, and overall did a phenomenal job. Highly recommend them for a stress free day and tasty food!
Summit Catering was fantastic for our client's 40th birthday party! The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, earning rave reviews from all the guests. A huge thank you to Jess, who was professional, organized, and made the entire process seamless. They truly helped make the celebration a huge success. Highly recommend!
We hired Summit for our wedding at Hillside Gardens as they are on their preferred vendor list. Unfortunately I don't have pics of the entries to share (we had salmon and steak) but I do have pics of what everyone raved about the most, which was the grazing/charcuterie table and the desserts. We had so many guests make a point of telling us how much they loved both of these. The presentation was beautiful, everything was delicious and Jess was a delight to work with.
Summit Catering can make anything your tastebuds can dream of while not breaking the bank. Their charcuterie’s are flat out amazing! If you ever get the chance to enjoy a hot plated meal at a banquet they’re serving like the annual Safari Club International banquet, I highly recommend going.
