Super terrific place to bring my car! It was recommended by my son-in-law- I highly agree!! Reasonable prices (cheaper than any dealership!!) and amazing communication, all done with a smile! Caleb was amazing as the service advisor , and Russell was as well! I will no longer be going to any other place BUT here!

In Oct 2025 I had a quote given to me by the then store manager for a clutch, quoted at 2600$. When the clutch went out I brought it in. I was then told the final price would be over 3500$ and they would have to order the flywheel (i tried to purchase a flywheel myself, it was only $180) I was told the price thru them was going to be over $800 making that total 3600$. I did not argue at the time, though I should have as it turns out the building has zero competent leadership. Moreso, I was having an out of state party pay for the repair, I asked the person working the desk what the best way to pay would be, he said have them call in and pay over the phone. The work is finally complete and I call in with the payment to be told they actually don’t take any payment over the phone. Weird as they just told me 3 days prior they did. I now will have to run up an extra charge for a rental car, an instant wire transfer fee, and lost time and resources for myself and family members. I am seeking immediate compensation for the lack of due diligence on the businesses part, bringing the total to the original quote in October of 2025. When I asked to speak to an experienced manager, as the one I was speaking to had only been in role for a month, (explains why they nor their team had any idea what was going on) I was declined. It seems as though they are just making up prices and policies as they see fit. This is in regards to store 1221 in Gilbert AZ. I would be weary about doing business here as it is very shady.

Easy to schedule they inspected the brakes battery etc at no extra charge. Their report is clear and easy to understand and sent to your phone super convenient. The staff where helpful and didn't try to sell any extras. Overall very smooth auto service.

This place is an absolute joke! Worst customer service and service in general! Chris is super rude and unprofessional as well as the other manager. Took my car in on Thursday to get my brake booster fixed was told it’ll be ready on Saturday I was going to be out of town so I went on Monday which I was then told it’s not ready and the truck that has my cars part won’t be in till Tuesday mid day because it has to be a Mazda part, however we get a call 3 hours after leaving saying the part came in and it’s ready!!! After picking up the car my brake is now vibrating when pressing it down and my car hood and headlights have white gunk all over and inside them. When called the shop back they said that it was never heard of and sounded obscured and will look at the camera footage. We get a call back saying that never happened and there’s no footage of it! Bottom line this location is very unprofessional rude and dishonest who knows if my vehicle even got the part that was needed since I’m still having issues and I am now having to take it to another mechanic to make sure they fixed the original issue!

I've been taking my cars here for 15 years. They are honest and do quality work. Once, I got a battery from the nearby AutoZone. within days, the car had trouble starting so I thought there must be an additional issue. Sun Devil figured out that AutoZone sold me a bad battery, returned it and got me a new battery without billing me for the time and trouble. I appreciate that they provide detailed estimates with photos and a full cost breakdown. I never feel pressured into fixing anything that I might want to put off or do on my own.
