I would like to preface this review. I understand life happens. I schedule a sugaring for earlier this week that was rescheduled due to Kaitey's child being sick (COMPLETELY understand that). Fast forward to the rescheduled appointment (today at 5) and I recieve a text only two hours prior asking me to reschedule because she is now sick. Illness happens! Completely get that!! But the notice could and should have been EARLIER than 2 hours prior, such as when her child was sick. I am looking to establish with a new esthetiscian for long term services. This is not the way to encourage that. I am however grateful that I was refunded completely for the services scheduled!
Kasey was awesome. First time seeing her. I have had Brazilians done before and shes the best. She was quick and did a great job. Would highly recommend her.
This was my first time getting a wax from Kasey and she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She’s super easy to talk to and her space is very clean, welcoming and relaxing. I highly recommend her and I will definitely be back.

Kasey knows what shes doing! She’s always so sweet and so welcoming. She always has great and fun stories to share when I get services done with her. The skincare line she carries is phenomenal and she’s very knowledgable about them. Kasey is also very great at answering and responding to any questions that I have. Go to her, you won’t regret it.
