I forgot to write a review awhile ago. Every time I go there the staff is beyond cool and always super helpful. I have gone there several times over the last year. One specific time I really wanna highlight is around March 2025 I had stopped there and bought a few pieces and while I was talking with them I had forgotten to grab one of my pieces. By the time I had remembered about it I was home and 3 hours away. I texted them hoping I could stop by in a few weeks to pick it up or figure something out. They ended up making it an amazing experience and were just beyond nice about it and sent me the item a few days afterwards. These guys are awesome go above and beyond and have a great selection of glass and trinkets, I will continue to shop here every time I come to Madison.

Always respectful, great customer service and has reasonable prices for all their glass. Highly recommend coming here if you like a variety selection of stuff you would need to have a wonderful day. 10/10
I used to spend a lot here sometimes several times a week on flower. It always seemed good quality well at least the hydro did. However there was 2 separate occasions where I found a bean or 2 in 2 diff 8ths (both hydro). This last visit was probably the last nail for me because I bought a Swiss watch hydro strain which was dark as hell (not purple.... Dark) but all that aside, I found 6 beans in 1 8th. That is absurd. They used to give me a discount too because of how much I spent but that also has come to an end. Sadly I think I have to find a new source for my flower. I do not recommend buying it there if you are considering it. Broke my heart because the employees are decent guys but that is just bad business.
Staff was really cool. The water pipe I bought cost way less than I expected it to be. Overall, very cool place. Has plenty of space for a head shop - not cramped 👍
