I was here on Sunday afternoon and I encountered Donald, one of the sales guys. He was very kind, humorous, but the yet very thorough during his sales presentation. The interaction was very brief, but yet Donald presented with direct accuracy. Yes, I bought a membership. I don't need it, but I I felt inclined to purchase. He answered every question with ease and I did not feel an I'm pressure from Donald at all. Thank you Donald! You rock!
If you want your car scratched, this is the place to go! I went to Super Star Car Wash yesterday for a simple wash and left with a huge scratch on my car. As I was drying it off, the paint was literally coming off. I immediately called over an employee to take a look, and he said he would check the cameras. After about five minutes, he came back and told me they “didn’t see anything” and that the damage “wasn’t there before,” then just walked away. I am 100% sure my car was not scratched before, I drive it every day I would know. There was zero accountability and no effort to make things right. I’m extremely disappointed, a car wash should leave your car cleaner, not damaged. I will definitely not be returning and would strongly caution anyone thinking about coming here.
I came to this car wash in a bit of a hurry oftentimes you come through and all the garbage cans are full there are no clean rags and all the bottles are empty I spoke to a lady that works there her name is Jocelyn she's great she the entire time was walking around checking bottles making sure they had everyone had clean towels checking vacuums picking up trash making the place what it is a great place to wash your car. The employees do not bother anyone regardless if they wash their car first or not unfortunately I did not have time to go through the car wash as I have to pick up my boss and she has to get in the car I wanted it to be clean and Superstar car Wash was on my route.I would recommend it to anyone and hope you experience with this car wash is as great as mine was. Really disappointed in this place. Id like a refund for my membership. Its had gotten worse. -Broken equipment. -NO clean rags. - Car washer needs maintenance. - messy lot( trash , liquor bottles and overflowing dirty rags) - Unfriendly, no emotion staff. Just over all bad smh.
