I got the super protect wash!! Amazing! Left my car nice and clean.. just had to dry off excess water, overall i had a great experience here!! The people so nice and attentive!
This is my new location for washing my vehicles. I gotta say this place is awesome. They’re always stocked with Supplies to clean my vehicles. Like hand towels and glass cleaner. The vacuums work great. Juan Soto and all the staff are awesome, very friendly and helpful. Keep up the excellent work. Thank you! 😊
By far thee best car wash in Tucson. Will only wash my car at super star. Easy in and out for a quick beautiful clean car. Towels always smell great and they even got glass cleaner! Vacuums never fail & Not to mention the complimentary dash wipes & air fresheners whaaaatt
This is my 2nd go to besides the self serve car wash. 90% of the time they do have clean rags ready, But lately more and more spots aren't fully functional. Either the vacuums don't work or the air supply for the free air is missing or non working. The workers are very nice but the constant hassle pushing the membership is alot. I understand why, but after a no thank you that should shut it down. It's a clean lot with friendly workers. The carwash itself isn't fantastic. There's always spots where the brush doesn't get, but being able to use the rags quickly does the job. It's a little expensive for a basic carwash, but I do appreciate having the rags and free air.
Just a PSA on this location. My car bumped into the car in front of me while in neutral- no damage on mine but the other car was damaged. Originally they told me this happens all the time and it wasn’t my fault. Then after they saw there was damage on the other car they claimed my car was in drive. My car after being in the wash, was still completely dirty. Now dealing with an insurance claim and waiting over 2 weeks on a $24 refund- still nothing 😭 thank god the other party was so kind and understanding. The wash refused to share evidence/video with the police and I was told the manager wouldn’t be in for several hours. Don’t let this place take your money and ruin your car/insurance! Many reviews reporting similar issues.
