On February 8th my side mirror broke after a car wash. I filed a claim and emailed them, after some time they got back to me and requested more information. I sent in everything they asked for and they completely ignored my email. To this day I haven’t heard back from them. Update: It has now been 4 months and I texted the email and of course as expected they replied maybe 1 or 2 times before completely ignoring me. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Do your best to avoid this place. After all of this and months of ignoring me, I spoke to corporate where they basically denied everything and said they were responsible. They wanted a claim all over again and wanted a picture of the entire car the day of the incident which is insane because why am I being told this now. They also said the policy said they aren’t responsible for mirror damages. Don’t waste your time here! Clearly running for responsibility.
I love coming here. Tim greeted me , he's always so smiley. And I might add , good looking. Tina was amazing guiding my car in. What i really like also is the place is clean . The vacuums have great suction . The lines air hosses. Are never tangled . Its just a perfect place . I just love coming here 💕 thank u. Theres windex. To clean windows , and tire pressure lines , to fill one of my leaking tires. Air freshener, and towel wipes. The Best Part is Nov 12th The monthy is only $23 dollars, a month for unlimited, washes . That's a deal . And it stays that way , for 4 months. That's awesome 👌
Everyone here at this location is amazing. I’ve been coming here since they remodeled and re-opened as a Superstar car wash and I have never had a bad experience. I’m an unlimited member also. Worth every penny. I want to take the time to highlight one employee, David. He is the best!! Always committed to bringing a smile to your face as he guides you into the tunnel. He’s my favorite! Thank you David and Scottsdale Superstar Carwash for providing a 5 star experience, every wash every time!
I’m pleased to share that Roger N. has truly turned this location around. I greatly appreciate the services that Superstar offers its customers. This is the only location where I consistently feel both safe and welcomed. I also want to highlight that it is one of the few locations that is always clean and well-stocked with fresh towels. As a rideshare driver, I visit the car wash at least once a day, and the experience here has always been positive. Finally, I want to extend my sincere thanks to Roger and his team on Scottsdale Road for their outstanding service.
