I gotta give a shout out to Adam at Super Geeks, he is was absolutely amazing! What turned out to be a simple fix had me completely panicked, but he immediately put me at ease. I can’t say enough out this fella I just worked with. I am not a techy and could not figure out how the heck to format my hard drive and thought I was messing it up. I walked in with no appt and immediately got helped by the very nicest fella who sat me down hooked up everything and showed me how my device was not working, it wasn’t me, the device was defective, wasn’t me thank goodness. He could have just sold me a new one however he told me how to contact the company. Submit. Request for relief and get it replaced because he knew it had a warrenty I didn’t know about so he helped, educated, saved me money on not having g to buy a new one and he didn’t even charge me!!!! Would highly recommend and I will forever come here moving forward DON, my man you are awesome!! Thank you again so much
