I highly recommend the team at Superior for their exceptional work on my recent AC installation. Maddux and Allen were incredibly professional. Navigating three stories of stairs is no easy feat, yet they handled it with a great attitude and took extra care to protect my floors with rugs and plastic, leaving the house spotless. I also want to thank George, the project manager. He took the time to explain my options clearly, and his use of the Manual J calculation gave me full confidence that I was getting the right system for my home and not going over board with a system I didn’t need. He also worked with me on the price, which I really appreciated. Superior is responsive, skilled, and professional.
Our service technician (Bradley) did an excellent job servicing our furnaces. Most important to me was he did an excellent job of explaining what he found and what he did about it. My biggest compliment is that I felt like I was talking to a service technician and not a salesman. This was my first service call with Superior but they will now be my HVAC service company from now on.
Superior went above and beyond to make my experience with them one that would solidify me using them as my AC maintenance company going forward. I received photos, honest repairs recommendations that weren't pushy and even videos before and after to show me their fix actually fixed the issue. That level of self reporting and honesty is rare in companies, but I'm glad they chose to show integrity
This is the second visit we had with Superior Heating and Air Conditioning and they have been great to work with. Bryce our Service Technician was extremely thorough in his explanation to the services he provided as well as going into extra details about our system and how it all works. Something that no one else has ever taken the time to explain to us. He was also on time and called to reconfirm our appointment and called again to advise he was on his way. Throughout the whole process of our appointment, we were kept in contact with the company and the Technician the whole time. All maintenance was performed thoroughly with great detail of explanation. I would highly recommend this company.
May unit was 21 years old and I needed an upgrade. I highly recommend this company. The install was clean and fast (took about 4.5 hours). The customer service was top notch! Props to Allan (get him a promotion to the office) and Jonathan!
