I had a great experience with Tim—he answered all my questions thoroughly and was extremely helpful. They completed a full inspection of the car I was planning to buy and explained every issue they found, including the major ones, in great detail. Everything was transparent and upfront, especially the estimated costs. I definitely recommend them!
Called in for a Qoute on a set of new tires and a wheel balance for my Subaru Forester. It was very affordable. They also completed a free inspection for me and let me know a few things that my vehicle needed repaired. Happy to have an Auto Repair Shop like this in the area that does Repairs and Tires! Max and Tim were super helpful through the process.
I had a totally positive experience with Max and Supreme. I brought my truck in looking like this (!) late in the day on a Saturday. They had me back on the road by Tuesday. Max was communicative and respectful. He listed all the work his technicians proposed with detailed, reasonable price breakdowns and then answered all my questions. Very happy with the work and will definitely be back (though hopefully not too soon).
This place got the Job done right the first time. No B.S no funny business. The tech Max is the real deal. When to a different tire shop at first and they couldn’t get the job done gave me a bunch of excuses as to why they couldn’t. Nothing but excuses. Came here to supreme they said yeah we could that no problem! And Max got the Job done early. Didn’t even struggle
Was in a bind, broken down with no check engine error codes and no clear idea what was wrong with my truck. Spoke to Max at Supreme Auto just before they closed and worked out a drop off after hours. In the morning Max gave me a call and we discussed a time frame for getting a tech to look over my truck. 24 hours later and I've got my truck back and she's good to go. They were kind enough to suggest a number of things I could work on myself, I wasn't pressured into any fixes that weren't totally necessary, and I was charged a very affordable price! Thanks so much yall, I will definitely be back for any additional support in the future.
