Great place. Everything was seamless from the online course & tutorials to providing directions on getting to the location were seamless. The room was clean and setup perfectly. I was able to get a hold of a technician super fast after dealing with a mannequin issue and she stayed in the line with me until I completed the remaining assessment to ensure I was doing everything properly.
This was my first time taking a CPR course where it was just you and a computer. I was a little nervous at first, but I ended up enjoying it a lot more than going to a classroom filled with 30 or so people. Everything is set up for you when you get there and it’s very clean. (There were no sanitation wipes available though, but I had hand sanitizer) I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone that needs to get their BLS certification

Been renewing my CPR skills for over 5 years here and each time it’s a different experience in a good way! They update their information to keep up with the science and the technology this time around made it more challenging and accurate!
