From the moment I walked in the door, the front desk lady was so sweet and friendly. She made me feel less anxious. Then Mimi took me back and she was also amazing. Sadie McDaniel and her nurse, (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) have been so amazing the last few months I’ve been seeing them. It’s nice to have providers that show compassion and actually listen to what’s going on. It’s amazing to go somewhere and feel like they actually care about me. Love them, they are the best! I can’t thank them enough for the help! The nurses that handle the nurse’s line are wonderful as well, and have been so quick to assist me whenever I’ve called, which has been a lot. Thank you so much for the care as well!
I like the way patient's privacy is protected from the check in desk. The staff greets everyone with a smile and is very efficient in getting the patient checked in. The nurse who came for me in the waiting area was very pleasant and made my pre doctor time go well. She listened attentively as I explained why I was there. Doctor Sutton came in quickly and explained everything she found and went right to work. She took time to be very thorough in her exam. I experienced no concern after she gave me her findings. I knew I was in the best hands.
