Never used a “handyman” before but just didn’t have the time to get an ever-piling-up list of jobs done. A neighbour recommended Peter so we went for it… Peter and his team redecorated my boy’s room, this involved making good some ropey old walls and skirting, replacing a water damaged window sill (Peter identified that the windows had never been properly sealed!?!) and then painting it all. All was executed as if he were looking after his own home, faultless! Whilst he was here he also managed to fix several radiators (a job that has been hanging over me for sometime!). We will be redecorating our spare room in the spring and Peter will be called again. Big thanks 🙏

What a brilliant company - kindly rearranged when I had an unexpected migraine, friendly, professional, clean, extremely knowledgeable, and absolutely chef’s kiss work. Very, very happy with our new bathroom floor - can’t stop going to look at it! Make sure you pay businesses like this (smaller side) on time; cash flow keeps them afloat.

I recently had Peter come to fit a wardrobe, a toilet cabinet, and CCTV points around my house, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was respectful, punctual, and brought a fantastic sense of humour that made the whole experience enjoyable. What really stood out was how he went the extra mile, thinking outside the box to sort out issues and making sure everything was done to a high standard. His colleague Peter was just as reliable and skilled. Together, they made a brilliant team. It’s rare to find tradesmen who combine professionalism with such a positive attitude, but these two nailed it. I’d definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price, and I’ll be using them again in the future.

SW Handyman Services was highly recommended to me by my daughter. I contacted Peter in April and provided details of some small jobs, which included assembly of bedside cabinet, picture hanging, re-fitting bathroom blind and re-fitting plinth in kitchen. Peter completed the jobs two days after my initial contact. In May SW Handyman Services completed jobs as follows: Removed flaking paint and prepared area for painting at front of house, including some re-plastering; painting of stonework and also painting the stonework around the front door. Removed a few worn bricks and mortar on the front wall and layed approximately 20 bricks. Also re-plastering and painting of small area on external wall. Additionally, repair completed on crack to the front wall. Supply and fit front and end bath panels, which included fitting framework for the new panels. Prior to ordering bath panels, Peter provided photos and I was able to select colour which is excellent match to slate tiles in bathroom. Also removal of the old bath panels. Additionally, re-fit to one spot light in bathroom was completed. In June SW Handyman Services completed job as follows: Supply all materials and treat external walls (rear exterior) with algae remover; pressure wash the walls; repair cracks on the three external walls; paint external walls. The site was cleaned on completion of the work. My sincere thanks and appreciation to Peter and his colleagues for the excellent standard of work completed on all jobs and for the very helpful and timely communication in recent months. Sharon

Finding a good handyman in Bristol is increasingly getting harder, so finding Peter online has been a pleasure! I first made contact last year to enquire about painting my bathroom. He visited the same day and provided a quote that evening and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I now have a bathroom that I enjoy being in and is so much easier to clean due to the workmanship and products used. Today Peter and his colleague completed the painting of my hallway, stairs and landing including walls, ceilings, skirting and door frames. The whole area has been given a much needed uplift and looks fantastic. Thank you so much to you both.
