I always look forward to getting my haircut at Sweet Jane Salon. The salon is a very welcoming space: as soon as you come in, you’re offered tea or water, the space is beautifully decorated, it feels serene and relaxing. But what is more important than the ambiance is the incredible talent of both Nick and Norm. I’ve been getting my hair cut by Nick for a couple of years; his skills with razor cutting are crazy good! I keep my hair short to mid length, and each time I come in, I have pictures or videos to show him of what I would like to try. I love that Nick tells me what would and wouldn’t work with my hair texture and my face, and then creates something that follows “the spirit” of what I wanted and looks amazing on me! I always trust him, and I have never left the salon not feeling great about my cut.

I get my color and cut done by Nick! I’ve been going to him for the past year and a half. He is so knowledgeable and consistent on my razor cuts and color. He took my hair from black to an amazing red/auburn color and I am in love with it! The best hairstylist in San Diego :)
I had such a great experience at Sweet Jane today. Nick worked magic with my straight, fine hair, creating lots of volume and texture. I love the cut so much! I've been cutting my own hair since my old stylist moved out of state in 2021. While it's fun to cut your own hair, I am under no illusions that I'm good at it 🤣 Nick gave me a fun lived-in bob, and I feel cool again! Nick and Norm were both very kind and I'm looking forward to returning soon.
The best hair salon I have been too. After doing hours of research to find a hair salon that fit my needs ( ASD/ anxiety/etc) I stumbled upon Sweet Jane Salon. There are only two stylist there: Norman and Nicholas. Nick cut and styled my hair beautifully. He is a true artist and he loves what he does and it shows in his work. Honestly my hair has never looked better. I didn’t really know what I wanted my hair to look like so I told him the things I wished my hair had more of ( volume, shape, long enough to put into a ponytail). The results speak for themselves. In conclusion, if you have an opportunity to get your hair cut here, don’t hesitate… book the appointment.
