Visit: 23/01/26 Space: Clean and tidy. The setup is more suited to quick drop-off and collection rather than waiting, as there is no seating available. Staff: David is outstanding. I visited to get my iPhone 13 Pro screen repaired. He took the details and returned the phone within 30 minutes. The phone has been working perfectly since, with no issues so far. Website: Provides the key information needed before visiting. There is room for improvement, but it does the job. Car Parks: No on-site parking. The easiest way to get there is by train or tram. Overall: Excellent customer service with a very quick turnaround. Pricing is reasonable, communication is straightforward, and expectations are clear. If David says he can fix it, he delivers. He also included a small complimentary token, which was a nice touch. Highly recommended.
David was very helpful in getting my phone's back glass and battery fixed after it wouldn't turn on. Managed to also troubleshoot charging issues I've experienced by replacing the charging port and offered a free screen protector! After two weeks my iPhone works with no issues. Highly recommend.
