Amazing Progress Thanks to Sylvan Corpus Christi! We brought our daughter in because she was struggling with reading and retaining information due to a medical issue. She was at a Pre-K level and having trouble making connections. Thanks to the caring teachers, she not only caught up but grew so much in confidence. They made her feel safe to try, and that made all the difference. She’s now working at a 1st grade level and is excited about learning again! We’re so thankful for the team at Sylvan and will absolutely continue going. It’s been a truly great experience!

After my son cried and expressed to me how he felt about his reading skills. I knew I had to get him the best help. As a child I went to Sylvan and I knew it will help my son as well. Now for the first time (on his own chose to read something by himself) he said, "Mom that says, Out of order" I turned and I realized he just read on his own without hesitation. Then while we were at church he said "Mom this says, children learning together " I was calm on the outside but inside i was screaming and jumping up and down. I told him "yes! Wow son you are getting so much better at reading!" Thanks to Sylvan for their great teachers, thier patience and love for teaching. My sons reading skills are not only improving but he actually LOVES to read and he never complains about attending Sylvan. Ms. Melita is so helpful and organized. Can't wait to continue seeing and hearing my son improve his reading skills!

My son was struggling significantly with reading, phonics, and sight words when we started at Sylvan. The staff did an excellent job assessing his needs and creating a personalized learning plan that worked for him. Within 6 months, we saw remarkable improvement, and he's now reading at grade level. The tutors were patient, encouraging, and really knew how to connect with kids. They provided regular updates on his progress and gave us strategies to continue supporting his reading at home. My son actually looked forward to his sessions, which says a lot about the positive environment they created.
