Lawrence is not in this for the money, but genuinely cares for his students! For the first time ever, my child, who is a freshman in high school, was having trouble with geometry and asked for a tutor! Initially, I thought perhaps it was the subject matter that was difficult, but after 3 hours of tutoring with Lawrence, I realized the problem was the teacher and her inability to explain the subject matter! In 3 hours, Lawrence was able to teach an entire quarters worth of geometry and thanks to him, my child received an A on her midterm!

Tahmasian Tutoring has been a wonderful experience for our family. Lawrence is an excellent tutor and has been very patient, supportive, and encouraging with my son. Lawrence has been tutoring my son with 9th grade physics and we have nothing but great things to say. He went from not understanding the chapter to achieving a B+ after working with Lawrence just 2 times. He genuinely wants his students to understand and apply their knowledge, and will go above and beyond to help them get there. My son looks forward to meeting with Lawrence and walks out feeling confident and ready for his tests every time. Lawrence is patient, creative, adaptive, caring, and supportive of his students and thrives to tailor his sessions to what each individual would best benefit from. I can’t say enough great things about Lawrence. He is truly an amazing tutor — patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly dedicated. My 6th grader son went from struggling to feeling confident and actually enjoying the subject. Lawrence is very kind and understanding and also very flexible.
