I had the most amazing experience with Tailor Heros! She was able to fit me in the same day to adjust my wedding dress, which already meant so much during such a stressful time. On top of that, she went above and beyond by working on her day off just to make sure everything was perfect and ready before Thursday. Her kindness, dedication, and attention to detail truly stood out. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. My dress fits beautifully, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly, highly recommend she is absolutely amazing!

Not only is she so talented, but she’s also one of the kindest and most thoughtful people you’ll meet. She really takes the time to listen and understand exactly what you want, and you can tell how much she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. I was amazed at what she was able to do with my wedding dress. It needed some extra love, including adding a back panel to my corset so I could feel more comfortable, along with a bustle so it wouldn’t drag on the ground. She paid attention to every little detail and made sure everything felt just right, not just looked good. And Joe, such a pleasure. He really brings that personal, family-owned touch that makes the whole experience feel special. A couple days before my wedding, I thought my dress didn’t fit quite right and reached out in a bit of a panic. Even though it turned out to be a false alarm and I didn’t need to come in, he was immediately ready to have me come in the same day and reassured me not to worry. Mind you, this was during one of their busiest times of the year, and there was zero hesitation to take care of me. There’s so much value in what they do, not just in their skill but in how they treat their clients. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend them to anyone.
