I will never return to this car wash again. I went through with my Honda Civic and immediately heard a crunching noise while inside the wash. After exiting, I noticed damage to my rim that clearly came from their equipment. I know for a fact this did not come from hitting a curb or anything else, because if I had, I would’ve needed to replace my tire — and I haven’t. When I brought this up to the manager, they tried to say it was just “a plastic thing.” What’s worse is that the manager even admitted that other customers have brought up this same issue before. If it’s not a problem with the car wash, then why does it keep happening to multiple people? I’ve canceled my membership and will never return. It’s frustrating and disappointing to see a business avoid responsibility for damage that’s clearly happening to more than one customer. Use caution before bringing your car here.
I went to take5 car wash today because my car had tree sap on it and I thought a maned car wash might be more equipped to handle it. I was wrong the car came out still covered in dirt. When I asked the manager if the $24 car wash I purchased didn’t include the prescrubbing I saw other cars getting. I got no answer but rather an explanation that sap wouldn’t come off and then he tried to sell me a membership. I declined and immediately went to iwash down the street. You can see from the photos with a little prescrub this sap and dirt was mostly removed. It was also $6 less expensive than the take5 car wash and their vacuums at least that I used worked better.
I had an awesome experience at Take 5 Car Wash! The staff were really friendly, professional, and made the whole process super quick and easy. My car came out spotless — inside and out — and the shine honestly looked better than when I first bought it. I also love how convenient their setup is. You just pull in, let them do their thing, and in no time you’re driving away in a car that looks brand new. The vacuums are strong, the towels are always clean, and the area is well-kept too. If you care about keeping your car looking fresh without spending a ton of time, Take 5 is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend this place!
This place unfortunately did a pretty terrible job of washing my car. It was still covered in bug guts after. I wash my car every weekend and don’t have layers of old dirt or bugs etc. Additionally, the vacuum hoses were so short that they wouldn’t reach my backseat or trunk, so I could only vacuum the front seat. It is nice in theory that they provide towels, but the clean towels are wet. Either their dryer is broken or they are just recording wet, dirty towels. Won’t be coming back here.
Very friendly kind staff! I’m reducing my review 2 stars because my car wasn’t cleaned. I have a standard size Tahoe and the center of the rear liftgate from the license plate all the way up to the top bar is filthy. For $22, you’d think it would be simple to clean a vehicle. (See photo) Also, I paid $22 and was told that I would get an entire month of car washes for $22 and was never handed receipt or any type of future voucher to come back for the next 30 days
