I sent Talia Flowers an email that I was disappointed with my order (photos attached). Arrangement sent was much smaller than shown on website, containing far less flowers (only 2 roses and everything else was one of the most inexpensive flowers available: carnations). I didn’t ask for a refund but I did ask for a response. No response. I sent another email. No response. I sent a final email saying if I didn’t hear back I would leave a Google review. No response. It appears to me they don’t care that I didn’t get what I paid for and that they have no desire to discuss (website satisfaction guarantee is posted here).
They have the most beautiful flowers!! They also have very good customer service. Thank you Talia Flowers for the beautiful center piece. I recommend.
Received beautiful Christmas poinsettias in 2 colours. Sent by a friend in Romania! They were ordered this morning and arrived at 1 PM. Despite the inclement weather. Fast service. Lovely arrangement! Thank you!
Every occasions I have to buy flowers I go there. I always get a beautiful arrangement that last for a month or so. They are always incredibly nice and smiley, taking the time to show you what they can offer you regardless how busy they are.
Flowers were beautiful but the service was a bit funny. The flowers were sent as a condolence ( ans was checked ans sympathy in the order description) and a happy anniversary balloon was sent with the flowers. I asked for a sympathy card and paid $7 for a card and a generic blank card was given and they left out half the message that asked to be included. It was good laugh by the recipient but disappointing for me and my mom who paid $140 for the gift to not fully communicate what we were wanting to say in a time of loss. Good thing the recipient has a sense of humour.
