Front desk is very friendly and welcoming. Services are prompt. I get a cut and color and I’m in and out, without any excessive waiting. Prices are clearly discussed and transparent. Bethany is an excellent stylist. She’s attentive and I always get compliments on my color.
I spent over 5 hours at Tangerine Salon and left with damaged hair and wasted time. The only thing I asked for was not to be put with a protégé stylist — and that request was ignored. Kryssa was the stylist who worked on me, and unfortunately the experience was awful. She destroyed my hair, couldn’t even cut it straight across, and repeatedly had to ask the master stylist questions throughout my coloring process. Despite this, Kevin never once came over to check how my hair was processing, how the color was developing, or how the service was going overall. I have pictures of what I asked for versus what I got, and the difference is shocking. I specifically said no orange, yet my hair pulled orange/brassy anyway. Yes, I was refunded, but that doesn’t make up for the time wasted or the damage to my hair, which I now have to fix elsewhere. I’m honestly shocked a salon of this reputation would allow someone with this skill level to work on clients independently. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.
Maleah was amazing! I took my sister for her first professional hair cut and the outcome was amazing. I will be back with my family we found our forever salon. Anyone thinking of booking should definitely book!
The service is immaculate! love that they offer free wine and coffee. The girls at the front desk are so delightful. and my stylist, Bethany, is amazing. I don’t know what she does, but these haircuts are clean and actually last 4 weeks; im always an every-3-week-haircut-girly. love my hair
Had my hair cut and colored by Anyssa and I seriously love how it turned out! She was super easy to talk to and really understood what I was going for. The color looks amazing and the cut is just what I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back to her—highly recommend!
