Don't go anywhere else for microneedling, permanent makeup or ANYTHING SKIN!! My eyebrows look 100% natural, but they are 100% tattoos! Next I got my eyeliner done and then my lips. I wanted to share my experience so others don’t have to go through what I did with Tashi Brow. I had an AWFUL experience there. I originally found Tashi Brow online and decided to give it a try based on all the positive reviews. Even though I wasn’t impressed by her communication during the consultation, I decided to trust her experience. But after what happened, I’m seriously questioning the authenticity of those reviews. I booked a lip blushing appointment for 1:20 PM and arrived on time. She sat me down and repeated what she said during the consultation — that she would neutralize my lips first and then build up to my desired color. Her English was quite limited, so the communication wasn’t very clear. Then, she handed me a bunch of forms to sign regarding payments and procedures. The whole process took almost an hour. Since she told me the procedure would take about 2.5 hours and her next client was at 4:30 PM, I started to worry whether she’d have enough time for me. She didn’t actually start the procedure until around 2:35 PM, and the entire process was extremely painful. She never once paused to check on how I was doing. Around 3:40 PM, she began finishing the top lip, and I could feel her rushing. She spent maybe 25 minutes on the bottom lip before saying, “We have about 5 minutes—let’s get this done.” I could sense her stress about the next client waiting. When I told her I felt rushed, she became defensive and raised her voice, insisting she was already finished instead of acknowledging how I felt. When she handed me the mirror, I was shocked. My lips were uneven, with the top lip noticeably darker than the bottom. I told her I didn’t feel comfortable paying the full $800 given the result. Since she said I’d see the final color in 10 days, I offered to pay $400 now and the rest once I saw the final result. Instead of trying to work it out professionally, she panicked and threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay immediately. Her next client was already waiting, and she started blaming me for making her late , even though she was the one who started the session over an hour behind schedule. The way she handled everything was extremely unprofessional and rude. Now, 10 days later, my results are nothing like what I asked for as you can see in the pictures. I requested a coral pink, but my lips turned out purplish-pink, and the top lip is still darker than the bottom. During this time, she never once checked in to see how I was healing — only texted to ask for payment and threats to take me to court. It’s clear she cares more about getting paid than about the results or her clients’ satisfaction. DEFINITELY NOT the place to go for LIP BLUSHING. And I’m standing my ground to seek a FULL REFUND in court!!!

Can we say P-E-R-F-E-C-T-I-O-N-I-S-T!!! She is awesome and I will remain a repeat customer. I have hypothyroidism and the disease has caused my eyebrows to fallout. I ended up looking into perm eyebrow procedure and read and researched all I could before making a decision for something that would be tattooed on my face! I decided to go for it after 3yrs of making sure - LOL. Then came the part where I needed to make triple sure whomever I chose to perform the procedure is beyond skilled, knowledgeable, up on the latest and could handle all types of skin as well has all people of color. I want to add, I am dark-skinned, which makes a great big difference. Anyone can do permanent make-up but do they know how to make sure their coloring is perfect for each individual person, usually NOT! Most artist just want to get paid and will not be honest with how it may turn out, they will just give you what you want. I had 16 artist I had narrowed my search down to (this is how serious I was) and I went thru their web page, had consultations whether it was via phone or face-time or in-person and after all of that, this wonderful lady was the ONLY one I felt knew her stuff and that I could trust! ...6yrs later...I made my Touch-up appt with her. She's about an or or so out from me, but always worth it! She will not allow you to leave until the both of you are satisfied - love it!

Seung is an absolute magician! She completely changed my eyebrows from sparse to beautiful and gave me a gorgeous eyeliner too! Also Seung is delightful to work with, she makes you feel at ease, she’s so kind and sweet! Thank you so much! I’m going back for the lip blush!

My eyebrows look awesome. They look so great. The atmosphere that Tashi provides is wonderful. It's peaceful. She's very kind, very professional, and she is a perfectionist. From measuring my eyebrows, to making sure they were straight, to taking multiple photos. She made sure that my eyebrows looked natural. They came out beautifully. I have had nothing but compliments about my eyebrows! I highly recommend her. It's beautiful. It looks natural. The strokes are natural, highly recommend.
