The service from Teachers on Call was amazing. When I first called looking for a tutor, I spoke with Judy from the office and she was incredibly helpful - I had a lot of questions, as we had never used a tutor before. She was able to answer all of my questions and coordinated an amazing tutor, Vic, for my daughter for grade 11 Physics - we have since used Vic for various math and science courses and he was wonderful - very supportive and helpful, and he was also great in terms of flexibility if we needed an additional tutoring session before a big test! I highly recommend Teachers on Call.

Teachers on Call was recommended in a local parent Facebook group, so I contacted them when my child needed a tutor. They were very quick to respond, really took the time to understand what kind of tutor would work best with my child, and the first session was arranged quickly. The tutor was always on time, professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, and patient to explain things with a very encouraging approach. When we needed to make changes (such as adding a new subject (and tutor), weekly session, or there was illness), it was incredibly easy to arrange. We had just as excellent an experience with the second tutor also. As a busy parent, I also really appreciated how easy the billing system was. Overall we had a first rate experience and I would not hesitate to use Teachers on Call again or recommend them!
