Juan de la Rosa takes care of my home. He is fantastic to work with, very responsive and always incredibly professional. He always wants to make sure that the job gets done right! His professional service is a huge reason as to why I continued to work with Terminix.
We were clients for years and then left hanging after a contractor damaged the tiles on our roof. Don't recommend them they never call back not even the headquarters office, they make promises and never keep them. Had to hire another company to do work they missed.it cost us over $ 2,000. This doesn't include the damaged roof. 1/4/26 Update as of this last communication from terminix we have had again no call to email just empty promises. This organization is completely disorganized and unprofessional. Do Not Waste Your Time and Money with them. It will end up costing you more like us. It is a Lose lose situation. Don't use them.
Brent, inspector extraordinaire did an outstanding job at our home’s interior and exterior inspection. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and thorough. He even took the time to explain our options should we decide to have exterior subterranean traps set in the future, since we live off a canyon and different species of termites have been known to to navigate in our neighborhood. Overall, a pleasant experience, and while, fortunately, we didn’t have any visible signs of termites, an annual inspection is a necessity and Terminex has been our go-to company for many, many years.
My Terminix representative Juan de la Rosa was extremely thoughtful and made sure that I was satisfied with everything that he had done before he left my house. He spends the time to make sure that everything is done and if he doesn’t finish the same day, he makes sure that he comes back and does the job to the satisfaction of the client. I appreciate all he does!
The technician Brent Reed was awesome and show up as promised. He was very kind and informative about so many Terminix products and services to secure my home. I'm going to be requesting him for future visit to my house. Vr Rob Howard
