Our service technician, Ryan has been a reliable partner for several years and super easy to work with. It is good to know that our pest control needs are handled by experts in the space. Unfortunately Terminix customer service keeps on sending invoices with higher costs after service without advance notification. No longer reliable. 5 stars for service technician and 1 star for Terminix Billing/customer service.
The service was excellent. Those annoying wasps are no longer a bother. Agent did a great job explaining the process and what to expect! Win-win! (Except for the wasps) good price too!

I felt confident and comfortable to ask questions about the process of extermination. My technician was very polite and professional. Kerry Johnson was impeccable and respectful in our home!
