Pat is a wonderful pest control inspector and treatment contractor. We use the pest control service on a quarterly basis and since doing so have had no problems. Pat is conscientious, thorough and friendly.
Terminx NOLA is probably one of the best pest control companies around. I will start off by saying it is a little bit higher than most pest companies. But you are definitely getting what you pay for. If I have a question or I see something, I call and get a call back the same day with an answer. I use them for my termite prevention and my pest control and both are well kept and managed. I have to give a shout it to my exterminator Craig, who is always available for a question, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Craig and the other exterminators like him are one of the main reasons I will always stay with Terminx NOLA.
Josh with Terminix is amazing. So friendly and courteous and always reminds us when it’s time because Lord knows we will never remember. I love it having to think about it. He dos an excellent job and is jus so pleasant 💛
Ernie arrived today promptly as usual. He got right to work and when he saw me he stopped and explained what he intended to accomplish. Then he sprayed everywhere and when he saw my brother he walked with him around the property and refilled the bait stations. He doesn't miss a thing! Not only is he thorough, he's very fast! We love Ernie!
I would definitely recommend Terminix to anyone. Jacob is very knowledgeable and just an all-around awesome and dependable person! I can ask him anything regarding the insects I find in and around my property. This is very nice for me because I am not from Louisiana. He is always willing to work with me on scheduling. Jacob is the best!
