I was almost hesitant to call because of some of the reviews. I decided to call anyway and found out that they are under New ownership they we're very pleasant and helpful. The technician did a wonderful job on my carpet, they were very efficient and thorough. When they were done my carpet smelled great and was clean. I would recommend them.

I have had the most unpleasant service experience of my life. When they came to clean my furniture, they did not leave it clean and for more than a month they have had a rug in their company and every time I call they give me stories and excuses. They have left me waiting for hours and days and they have never returned it . I give less than one star to this company, they made fun of me and I paid them in advance.

OMG! I had the most amazing experience! Lonnie and Able came right in and immediately started working. You can tell they are a TEAM! I had 2 rooms, small hallway and stairs. I also had my upholstery done (sofa, loves eating, chair and ottoman. I got a great package deal. Definitely will have them back and I am going to recommend them to my friends and family. Try them, you won't be disappointed! Update: After the furniture dried I noticed a stains on the chair and my hardwood floor had large water stains. I had to have a company to come in and clean the floors and reapply wax. I then came back to update this review.
