Another great experience with TX Hot Tub and Andrew. I expected my recirculating pump to need replacement which would have been a major expense, however Andrew did some troubleshooting and was able to clear a blocked valve to get me up and running in no time. I appreciate his expertise and honesty and highly recommend his services. Well done!

Our Technician, Andrew, from Texas Hot Tub Company was outstanding!! We had not used our Hot Springs Vanguard spa in over a year and his knowledge of how to get it back to great running condition was exceptional! He had all equipment needed in his van - so no need for follow-up appointments. He showed us every detail of the few parts needing replacement and the cost. His integrity was the highest I've ever experienced with any service professional! And my lack of knowledge of spa maintenance could have been an opportunity to take advantage - he took the high road! We are up and running in half a day and the cost was much much less than anticipated. I highly recommend Texas Hot Tub Company -- and Andrew!!

A company is only as good as its service department and we can't say enough about the staff and their customer service - everytime we have called for service, Matt in dispatch has consistently gone above and beyond to understand our concerns and schedule a technician to come by. He is always friendly, professional and dependable, even calling back to give us updates and information. Plus the technician Andrew is amazing - we have had some challenges with a few accessories that are not commonly installed, but Andrew has resolved them each time. He usually figures the problem out quickly, and doesn't hesitate to reach out to the manufacturer if needed. He has always taken the time to explain everything to us, and puts us at ease very quickly. Thank you Matt and Andrew, we really appreciate you both!

Tony is a great asset to your company! He knows his inventory and my special order came 2 weeks early. Tony referred Jose and his crew to special wire the 220 volt outlet. They also did a nice installation job and on budget. I would highly recommend Tony and the team!
