Pros Prompt response, reasonably priced, able to schedule the work quickly. Cons 1 It was already cold outside and the painters left my AC on, not auto, but on. I let the company know that evening and asked that they don't leave the AC on since it was cold outside. Next day, they not only left the AC on but also left the garage entry door open so it was freezing inside. 2 Also, I was informed the work would be done one day so I stopped by that night to check but the work still wasn't done. 3 the painters used my empty trash bag for their trash. I let them know and was informed I'd get a trashbag back. That did not happen. Overall, if we have something else that needs to be painted, we would consider using a different company. The actual painting was fine.
We loved working with JD and his team! They were very easy to work with and communicate with. I never had a question about what the next step in the process was because JD did a great job explaining everything. We had a very straightforward date that we needed everything done by and JD and his team were very diligent and respectful of that timeline, they actually finished ahead of schedule!! Our house also came out BEAUTIFUL!! You would have thought it was always the colors we chose! We also had another contractor in who had to cut into the wall, JD’s teamed patched and painted for us and you can’t tell that the drywall was cut! We really appreciate them and the hard work.
Highly recommend That 1 Painter Nashville! I utilized them to lime wash over an ugly dry stack stone fireplace with Rombio, and to paint a large bonus room. Before the job was even complete I booked them to paint the rest of the 2nd story rooms. JD is so great to work with, very communicative, and his crews paint with great attention to detail and do excellent work. Their pricing is also highly competitive, and I will definitely be calling them again when it's time to tackle the next paint project.
JD and his team did an awesome job repainting our cabinets. We had them do this job 8 months ago and we are still happy with the results! They were professional, clean, and trust worthy. We left the house while the job was being done and they were communicative and sent us photos along the way. They were also fairly priced. We will use That 1 Painter for our next paint job and highly recommend!
The commercials do not represent that actual work. The color of paint was exactly correct. After the owner left 2 of the 3 workers left. What should of taken a day took 1 and a half. They barely cleaned up anything ,that took me 2 days to get back in shape. Paint was spilled on my patio, they broke threshold on my door, which they denied. After the owner left the workers he never stopped back to check on how things were going. While I am pleased with the color I choose, the painters made for a lot of anxiety. No way I would use this company agsin
