We had our popcorn ceilings removed by That 1 Painter. There were areas of cracking and mold growth in our 1990s home. The communication from the team was the best I’ve ever had from a service professional. The work was flawless. We will be using them again when the weather warms up to do drywall in our garage.
The process was super easy and I highly recommend them. Definitely will use them for the next painting job. The process with prepping the basement ceiling & walls was very precise. Amazed at how perfectly they were able to paint around things that don’t come off the walls like a bathroom mirror. Clean up at the end was perfect. They came back for a few quick (minor) touch up areas that they found with the final walk through and now things are PERFECT! They helped greatly with paint choices and explained how colors change with light reflection and shadows. Now my basement is light and bright even on a cloudy November day.
I had That 1 Painter come paint my house this fall. I definitely would recommend them! Christiana was on top of things from start to finish. She met with me more than once, walked through everything that I wanted done, made sure things were done as stated, and was great to work with. I had peeling paint on my gutters from a poor paint job years ago. They did a great job of scraping, priming, and repainting them along with the rest of the trim and the siding. There were a couple of issues and miscommunications that needed to get worked out but things like this happen and Christiana made sure things were done correctly and the painters returned promptly and got those things taken care of. Thank you for doing a great job and making sure that I was satisfied!
Had our exterior trim painted. Christiana was great and a great help selecting our color and sheen! Received an estimate on the spot and painting was done a few days later. Since the weather was getting colder, timing was of the essence. Price seemed reasonable although we didn’t get any other estimates. Chose That1Painter on the recommendation of others.
Christiana was great from the time we had our onsite visit to final walk through. I appreciated her spotting touch ups I hadn’t even noticed. She was very meticulous. The deck staining crew was great and cleaned up well. Highly recommend this company to others!
