Josh and his team, Rebecca and Stephanie, are fabulous! From consultation to the selling of our property they were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. My mother passed and as the executor of the estate I needed to sell her house. What set Josh and his team apart were their experience and knowledge, not just of the real estate market, but the probate process. Before we even started discussing the house, Josh walked me through common issues that arise with probate and gave me excellent suggestions to make the process smooth. Once we listed the house, Josh was patient in talking to not only me but my two brothers out of state. He provided his advice as our realtor but also listened to our thoughts on how to proceed - he always respected our input in the process and did not try to push any plan he thought was best. That made us comfortable with the entire process and we felt comfortable then taking Josh’s advice and counsel. And, at the end of the day, what he anticipated would happen with the market and offers on our house played out exactly as he predicted! I also cannot say enough about his team! Rebecca and Stephanie quickly responded to emails and calls, always ready to assist with any issues or to answer any questions! From listing to closing The Anderson Group gets 5 stars across the board!!! And if I can offer any piece of advice for people selling property as a part of the probate process, make sure and get a real estate agent like Josh and his team that experience to walk you through it all!
