We have called The Appliance Family several times and are very happy with their services, and their representatives. James and Enrique came out most recently to fix our washer. Luckily it was not a big problem but they were both highly competent, professional and very pleasant to work with as well. It is great to have one trustworthy company to call for all major appliances.
My Samsung dryer was not working and James was there when they said he would arrive. He had great friendly service and was very fast to diagnose. It literally took him a few minutes to figure it out and resolve! I will definitely call them again if I need help with any other appliances. Thank you!!

I have a six year old whirlpool built-in oven that had a filthy glass door! I didn't know why it was getting horribly dirty inside of the glass panes! It turned out the glass was not sealed properly and condensation build up was making it very dirty😬! The Apliances Family sent out a technician that cleaned the oven door and fixed the glass door! It looks fantastic and works so much better! Highly recommend them! ( previously I had used their services for a leaking fridge! They did a great job too!
James arrived within the window that was given. Very friendly and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was familiar enough with the model of our washing machine that he proactively brought parts with him that were most often needed. He worked quickly and professionally, and checked out the rest of the appliance to be sure everything was in working order. Excellent service - I will use them again if needed!
