The Baked Bear is such a fun spot for an ice cream sandwich. They have tons of flavors and the cookies are homemade, soft, and literally melt in your mouth. You can pick cookies or brownies for your sandwich, and the combinations are endless. The service is great and everything feels fresh and thoughtfully made. The inside is a bit small, but this location has a really nice lawn and patio area where you can sit and enjoy your treat. It's the perfect place to hang out, especially on a warm day. Pro tip: choose two different cookies so you can try more than one flavor, and always get your sandwich warmed up. It takes it to a whole new level. Such a unique and delicious stop in Austin.
We got a Bear Bowl™️ with chocolate chip cookie and old fashioned vanilla ice cream. It was delicious. The cookie was warm and it went really great with the biggg scoop of ice cream on top. We ate outside and saw a cockroach and then threw up afterwards. I can’t say that these were connected but it’s good to know. It also smelled really weird at the outdoor eating spot. Jacob Super Special Tips: bring ear plugs bc the kids were really loud and the building is very small.
Wow!!! I didn’t know what to expect, super cute place. Friendly staff. And the size of that thing!!! It was sooooo yummy. It took me four days to eat it. I cannot wait to go again.
I'm going to be honest with you, I was chilling here last night..when this beautiful young woman with a few boxes in hand approaches me and asks if I would like a box .I asked what was whithin it's contents and she said happily ,cookies.. I said cool and daaaamn, I'm not much of a sweet tooth type of person but boy let me tell you, they were so delicious, It was hard just to eat one, this shop/bakery makes it's home within the alluring utopia of the seaholm plaza within the seaholm district in downtown Austin, TX, I would like to give a special shout to Audrey for being a great employee and sport,,I strongly recommend to anyone who partakes in adventuring out and exploring what this district has to offer,stop by the The Baked Bear , you will not be disappointed.. enjoy
Phenomenal place. The cookie ice cream is one of the best things I ever tried. The ice cream by itself was average but still good! The place itself is small with minimal indoor seating which is tough on hot days. The parking is below it and is $12/hr. I wish I could do 4.5 stars because if the room was bigger I would fully endorse the 5.
