Car wash was great however the customer service wasn’t. I recently moved her from another state so I was trying out car washes around. I saw that they offered a free wash so I opted into the text. I got the text the confirmation of the free wash but when I got there it wouldn’t load and they still didn’t honor it just said oh nothing I can do. As someone that used to work in the car wash industry there was definitely something that could’ve been done. If the customer service wasn’t bad it would’ve been the best car wash around here.

Perfect car was aside, I stopped in after work and had proudly locked myself out of the car with my phone, keys, and wallet in there as I was just expecting to clean my car out! I stopped in the office asking the guys simply where to begin, and ask for some help. Huge shoutout to Nathan and Landon, for helping with something completely out of their job description/expertise. The tow company got there within 15 minutes, and got me out of there. Besides being a great car wash, everyone top to bottom at this business has always been very friendly and helpful. Thank you guys!!!

I had such a great experience at Better Wash Tiffany Springs! The location is always clean, the equipment works perfectly, and my car comes out spotless every time. A special shoutout to Nicole for being so friendly and helpful. She made sure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions with a smile. You can really tell she cares about the customers. I highly recommend this location for anyone who wants great service and a sparkling clean car

The Better Wash is a nice, modern facility, and I really like the idea of unlimited washes. Unfortunately, it comes with a costly downside. I have a brand-new black car, and after using this wash for 5 months, it’s now covered in noticeable swirl marks. My car’s finish looks terrible. When I went in today to cancel my membership, the clerk was very polite and helpful. He asked me to fill out a cancellation form, which included a space for my reason. I simply wrote, “Swirl marks on a brand-new car are unacceptable.” I was hoping he might offer a solution, but that didn’t happen. Now I’m stuck paying for a professional polish and compound service to remove the damage — which isn’t cheap. My car is only five months old. If you have a black or dark-colored vehicle, I strongly recommend avoiding brushed car washes. They can quickly ruin that deep, glossy finish that makes your car look new.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Better Wash at Tiffany Springs. While the location is convenient and the carpet cleaning area is well-designed, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. First, there’s absolutely no shade at the location, which makes cleaning your car uncomfortable on hot days. The military discount offered is only $1, which is less than 10%—not much of an incentive for service members. Additionally, the cashier didn’t seem well-trained and couldn’t answer my questions about the different plans available. It felt like I was left to figure everything out on my own. You also get charged for rags to clean your car, which feels unnecessary considering the cost of the services. Another inconvenience is the setup for cleaners—you have to walk to a single dispenser every time you need window or interior cleaner. Depending on where you park, this can be a frustrating hassle. While the carpet cleaning area and location are positives, the rest of the experience didn’t meet my expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless improvements are made to customer service, convenience, and value.
