Michael Smith was an absolute standout of a real estate agent—truly a 10/10 experience from start to finish. He was incredibly kind, genuinely professional, and impressively persistent in finding options that fit exactly what I was looking for. Michael took me all around Upper Manhattan and knew the neighborhoods inside and out, which made the process both informative and enjoyable. He never rushed me and always made sure I felt confident and comfortable with every showing. I couldn’t recommend Michael more highly to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy real estate professional.
This is a review for Savanah Jordan. Savanah recently helped me to purchase a co-op apartment in Riverdale. I had a terrific experience working with her. I met Savanah 3 years ago and she arranged viewings of multiple units for me in Riverdale over the years. I was mostly just browsing, unsure of my budget, committment level and what exactly I was looking for. Savanah is very personable, chill, knowledgeable, efficient, responsive, reliable and honest -- basically, she embodies all the qualities one would hope for in a real estate broker. She was very tenacious and persistent in getting viewings from unresponsive brokers/sellers and would always follow through. She was never pushy, always attentive and patient, and hand-held me through the entire process. She is fantastic all around and I can't recommend her enough.
My name is Mr. Vogel. I've been working with Katja who is a real estate agent with Bizzarro Agency in NYC. Alhough the real estate process when buying into a co-operative in NYC can be overwhelming and exhausting, Katja has made the process a bit promising for me. She is always there when a question or concern arises with respect to the overall buying process and I must say Katja clearly defines what is expected to get through the process. For example: the Co-op board and their stringent requirements of acceptance, the BOD interview preparation, the long and somewhat never ending application process, proper references, the beginning steps for a mortgage - although we decided in my case that would not be necessary - the format of the real estate attorney and how he/she would be there to serve me along the way and... I can go on with her professional knowledge, patience and expertise for another page of writing. Katja even checks in when I least expect it to see how I am coming along. Katja should be recognized for her never - ending concern and care for others. Since working with her I can honestly say that her day must begin with the thought of helping others. I say this because she has always been there during my stressful moments of decision making with the overall Co-op process in NYC. Her concern for others is a sought - after quality that we can all use a dosage of. Mr. Vogel
Savanah did outstanding work helping me to find and purchase a two bedroom co-op apartment in Hudson Heights. She has an encyclopedic knowledge of the market, the units for sale and she knew the building managers and selling agents on a first name basis at most of the apartments we looked at. An added bonus to her professionalism is an easygoing, thoroughly charming manner. I highly recommend her work if you are on the hunt to buy an apartment!
Shannon Mora from The Bizzarro Agency went above and beyond at every turn to ensure we were informed, reassured, and excited about every step of the process. She was guide, advocate, and tutor! We felt we were in great hands, even when navigating unknown terrain as first time home owners. She is patient, understanding, enthusiastic, easy to talk to, efficient...the list goes on. She also has an incredible attention to detail, and the icing and cherry on top is that she is genuinely just a very kind and friendly person (BONUS: she's also a born and raised New Yorker!). It's abundantly clear she has a passion for what she does, and a passion for people. We feel lucky to have had her on our team throughout this experience. 20/10 can't recommend her enough! I will also add, for all those LGBTQ couples out there who might be wondering, Shannon is an accepting, joyful, and hard working person who treats all people with dignity and respect. My wife and I loved working with her.
