A good quality haircut is always worth it the trek. I got a haircut from Stacey and they did such a fantastic job. They asked me a lot of questions to make sure that I was OK with how much was being cut off and how I wanted to cut my hair. They were so encouraging and actually gave me the haircut that I wanted. They styled so beautifully and showed me how I can style it at home. I’m incredibly grateful to have a stylist that listened to me and worked with what I had. I also appreciate how inclusive the salon is. As a queer person, I felt very safe and comfortable telling Stacey what I wanted. Thank you for such a great experience and giving me the haircut of my dreams! 💗 And thank you to the salon for being such a warm and welcoming space! I look forward to being back ☺️

I had such a great experience at The Cabinet Salon today with Stacey! I have been loyal to my old colourist for years but I decided I needed a change. I was a little nervous about darkening my hair from blonde, but Stacey communicated so clearly and thoroughly throughout the entire process that I felt completely comfortable and confident. She truly listened, explained every step, and absolutely nailed the final result. I love my hair and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Stacey and The Cabinet Salon!

I had such a fantastic experience at The Cabinet. The Salon itself was clean, bright, and well stocked with high quality products that left my hair feeling healthy and soft. I had my hair cut by Keira, who was absolutely phenomenal! She was kind and welcoming, knowledgeable, and skilled. I had my hair cut and styled, with feathery layers and some framing around the face. Keira was patient, checked in with me throughout the cut, and made sure I loved the result, which I do! I will absolutely be coming back, and would highly recommend this salon, and Keira!

Cabinet Salon is a gem. I have visited twice so far. At my most recent appointment, which is very easy to make online without a long wait, I arrived 30 minutes early and was warmly welcomed by Emily, who offered a complimentary glass of wine (red or white!). I see Frédéric Bataclan, an exceptionally skilled stylist. I love that Cabinet is tip-free and gratuity-included, with a flat rate of $110/hour no matter what service you get. Their AG products are reasonably priced, and the atmosphere is loud, casual, and unpretentious. You do need to climb a lot of stairs. There is street parking nearby but no customer parking on site. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming!
