This is the cutest and most amazingly delicious little local bakery I've been to in a long time. We had plum jam filled pastries with cappuccino and iced coffee as we admired the beautiful pies, tarts, cookies, and cakes. This is where we're going for birthday (and everday) treats from now on!
This is my second time there, and every time they have super delicious new things. And I saw they have new owners!!!! The best pastry chef in Jax opened her own business!! ❤️. The first time we went with some friends and sat at the little tables they have there for a few hours, and the second time I went to buy some alfajores and empanadas. It's a super delicate and family-friendly atmosphere that makes you feel super welcomed. They also make cakes for events, like birthdays or weddings; super professional!
Let me start by saying, the ladies running this establishment are so sweet! There are so many tasty options that it was hard to choose! My friend got the key lime pie and said it was amazing! The cakes are also so delicious. Please give this bakery a try! I will definitely be back soon.
The Bakery Jax made our wedding cake and it was phenomenal. We did classic wedding vanilla with cream cheese frosting and chocolate with cannoli chocolate chip filling and cream cheese frosting. It was the best tasting wedding cake I’ve ever had. They made it exactly like the picture and it was gorgeous. Thank you for your baking talents!
Oh dear … yumm-o! Just fabulous! Everything I tasted today was incredible snd trust me when I say we sampled lots. It’s not a drop in and eat place but grab and go. Amazing! Dense moist cake, soft cakey cookies, some of the best butter cream.
