I love the camera exchange! i frequent this place a lot and it all started out when i couldn't figure out how to safely take the film of out my camera (such a noob). over time, i'd go to buy film and then eventually rented my first mirrorless and had tons of help and educating from the entire staff. I've purchased my lenses from there as well plus other accessories. i recently found out they have a studio so i just used that for the first time and Josh helped me set it up which was very nice of him to do! He is always very helpful to me and never makes me feel 'less than' which i appreciate as someone who is newer at mirrorless cameras. Bruno was also very nice to me during this most recent visit. i probably will never stop being a customer here!
Took the photography 101 and 201 class on 12/7/25. I’ve been doing photography since I was old enough to hold a camera. In high school I learned how to take photographs with a film camera, develop the film, and burn my own prints. This was in 1999. I went on to become a professional photographer with several photography classes in college until 2007. In 2007 I joined the Navy and mostly said goodbye to photography. In this class I learned things I was never taught in high school or college! I highly recommend these classes to anyone in the photography industry! I took the classes as a refresher, and while some things were simply a refresher, I also learned new things. I also highly recommend this store. The staff know what they’re doing. They understand cameras, especially digital cameras, better than anyone I’ve ever met! They sell just about anything photography related you can think of, and know their products. Everyone is extremely helpful and professional. They do repairs, rentals, sales, and much more! If you’re into photography, go check them out!
Just heard that a person went in there to return a lens bought one day prior and they gave him excuses to try and charge him a 10% restocking fee claiming there was something wrong with the cap and the box was damaged. Are you kidding me. I bought a DJI drone there, a $2000+ lens, other supplies and this is how they treat individuals, I won’t be going in there again either. I’ll just buy at Amazon or Best Buy or even Walmart and just have to wait the couple of days shipping but probably get better price and no worries on returns if I do have to. Sad really especially when they know he’s always in there buying stuff from them. WOW. Safe to say I’ll never use them again.
10/10 recommended I was able to trade my canon Rebel T7 for a Canon R8 with a 50 mm 1.2 it was exactly what I needed the experience was super fast and easy. Every staff member is super friendly, Daniel helped me and was so helpful with getting me exactly what i needed The have everything From buying to renting a camera and lens to tripods they have everything here.
Amazing store! Wide selection of everything camera/video related, staff was solid and super helpful, got a great lens, will go again
