Very disappointed with Chamois Car Wash. This was my first visit and it will definitely be my last. The interior cleaning was careless—stones left on the dashboard, rough towels used, and dirt still visible inside the car. The exterior was no better, with water spots left everywhere and water soaked into the mats. Charging $40 for a Golden Wash for this level of service is unacceptable. A big no to this place.
They are good for outside but zero 0 for inside I could have done better than these guys
I had my car washed here with the gold package, but when I got home afterwards, I noticed a steam stain on the car's dashboard. I waited for it to disappear on its own, but unfortunately, the stain was on the inside and didn't go away. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience for me.
First time client here. Went to the St James location, employees were kind no issues there. I purchased the Gold Tier package and when I received my vehicle 15 or so minutes later it looked awful. I don't say that lightly, at best it looks like my dash had an okay 'wipedown'. My mats, center console/cupholders, doorjams, doors (interior) are still dirty or have large spots of seemingly being untouched. Exterior was acceptable. I'm not one to complain in-store so i'll use my wallet and not come here again. Buyer beware.
I am on a quick trip and thought I would try a Chamois for the first time with my truck today. Don't get me wrong, I totally understand they are trying to be as fast as possible for your convenience, which will sacrifice attention to detail. But I did watch through the windows and was not surprised to get into my truck finding with a lot of dirt and dust left. They didn't even attempt my cup holders. My steering wheel was hit on the main center, they didn't do the sides, sticks or face. They didn't even wipe my door handles. There is still literally loose rocks on top of my rubber car mats. Which goes to show just how fast they vacuumed it out. Attached a few obvious pictures. This place will be good for a very fast and very rough once over to give is a 40% clean to make it more presentable. But at the end of the day, I won't go there again and I would not recommend to anyone with a nice vehicle. If it's a work vehicle, that's fine, but not a personal vehicle or one worth any bit of money. I now have faint scratches on the hood of my truck from there car wash. It's a work truck, so I don't care so much, but if it was my personal suburban, I would be pissed. I mean they didn't even wipe the easy small coffee splashes on top of my cup holder that is easy to access.
