I needed to get my ancient Mac checked out and found this spot online. Although they no longer take walking or do business with civilians, Jesse still spoke to me and not only heard me out but he referred me to their sister store, which worked out super well. Very nice and clearly very knowledgeable! The sister store was the tech squad and they did an excellent job! Great experience all around.

Sharp, efficient, effective, friendly professionals. I had electrical problems renovating my office with a new gaming pc. Within minutes Jeremy diagnosed the problem and explained the right equipment and setup for my office. The second time they came out, I needed security cameras to reduce theft problems I was experiencing. Jeremy explained the "best" camera options (features and cost combinations) for my situation and efficiently installed my choices. Jesse made sure I understood how to use and maintain installed equipment. I now refer to the Cheap Squad as "My Tech Guys".

I brought in my Acer laptop due to an extremely gnarly and hard to debug issue where it would randomly reboot. My technician Jesse over at The Cheap Squad spent many hours across 4 sessions to get it fixed. During this entire time, he was extremely communicative and helpful, letting me know all the things he was trying alongside the status of the machine. He also gave me a lot of excellent tips on how to take better care of my computer. On top of all that, he even mentioned that if he wasn't able to get it fixed, they would refund me out of good faith. I'm happy to say that my computer's healthy now, and The Cheap Squad is easily one of the best vendors I have ever worked with. I cannot recommend them enough. They clearly care so much about customer satisfaction and doing quality work. If you're having IT problems, go to them.
