I had a great experience getting my MacBook Pro battery replaced here. My laptop is an older 2019 model, and both the Apple Store and Best Buy refused to work on it — but this shop handled it without any issues, and it works perfectly now. The price was very reasonable, and the service was honest and professional. Saed even gave me a discount, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely come back again and highly recommend them!

I am updating this review, since talking with Computer Store. Please read all. I had a problem with my PC. They fixed it.. But when I got it home and running. Found they took out my 1TB drive and gave to me but didnt replace it. Found a small SSD drive that apparently is used. Left loose screws in the cabinet. Plus that drive is not being recognized by the PC.. So it appears to be damaged. They charged me 302$ and this what I end up with.. A smaller capacity computer and poor workmanship. Now I can not prove what I gave them. So no sense on calling the company. Got my money and thats it. I highly recommend that you verify what you gave them to repair and then double check when you get it back. I wish to update this review. I had recently heard back from Computer Store. I was mutually agreed upon, that their was a misunderstanding on what was happening and was to be done on my pc. We came agreement and mutually satisfactory outcome. I am now stating these people are true professionals and stand by their work. Don't let past experiences cloud your judgment.

These are the guys you want I first went in to ask questions about AI and the future of computer architecture, explaining that I was completely illiterate. They were generous with their time and explained in terms I felt I could understand. After deciding that I should purchase my first desktop in twenty years, I mentioned a price I was willing to pay. I walked out with the machine that met my requirements for a fourth of the price. Knowledgeable, understanding, generous with time and prices, capable, and friendly. As I said, these are the guys you want.

These folks are great! Professional, thorough, and FAST. The Computer Store came through for me the same day, after MicroCenter said it would take 8 weeks to repair the power jack on my laptop! Very nice local shop, maybe a bit hard to find, but well worth the effort. Highly recommend for tech repairs!
