The Dance Academy Del Mar ist ein erstklassiges Tanzstudio in San Diego, das Kindern hochwertigen Tanzunterricht bietet. My daughter has been dancing at The Dance Academy in Del Mar since 2022 and we love it there! She has grown so much as a dancer and has such confidence and poise even at almost 6 that she has gained from her experience with working with Ms Francine and her incredible staff. The instructors really make us feel like family and not just a number like some places do. My daughter has tagged along with friends to other studios and they do not compare to the experience at TDA, at almost 6 my daughter can do more than run around with scarves in ballet shoes, and TDA knows that and helps your child grow at an age appropriate pace. We drive all the way from Rancho Bernardo multiple times a week because we love the program and how my daughter thrives there. The performances put on by the studio (Nutcracker, Spring Ballet and June Recital) are next level, my parents still rave about them due to the level of professionalism and how entertaining they are to watch (and they don't just mean their granddaughter's performance) I highly recommend TDA to everyone I meet!

The RAD ballet program provides the perfect blend of structure and joy, with Francine masterfully balancing discipline and merit-based achievement while keeping classes fun and engaging. We love TDA! The staff is very welcoming and professional, and my daughters love learning from their teachers. The studio has a wonderful balance of discipline with a warm and kind environment. We have been coming to the Dance Academy Del Mar for over six years. Both of my girls dance at the studio. My older one loves the RAD program for learning ballet. She also takes jazz and lyrical. My younger one prefers hip-hop and jazz classes. There’s a little something for every ballet student. Every year my girls participate in the Nutcracker, which is an absolutely beautiful ballet. The number one reason we have been coming to this studio is the teachers and the staff. My girls come home after each practice, loving their teachers just a bit more and of course, the new dances they get to create with their friends. This dance studio really does feel like a community!

We’ve been so lucky to have my daughter at this dance studio for the past five years. The teachers have nurtured her love for dance from the very beginning. She started with ballet and has had the chance to explore tap, lyrical, jazz, and even acrobatics—quickly discovering a new passion for acro. It’s been a joy to watch her grow her skills and bring them together in the studio’s performances. The shows themselves are always impressive, a variety of dance styles, and amazing costumes. My daughter feels comfortable, happy, and confident expressing herself here, and we truly appreciate the supportive and inspiring environment the studio provides.
