The best massage and facial experience. The service was excellent from booking to check-out. My daughter gave me a gift certificate for a facial, massage, and sauna package. I should mention that it was my first time experiencing all of these services. When I called, the establishment was closed, but I still managed to get an appointment, and it was quick and easy. When I arrived, I was a little lost, but they quickly confirmed that I was in the right place. My facial was 5 out of 5 stars, with a massage that even included my scalp... omg, fabulous! And the body massage was something else... it relaxed my entire body with essential oils and hot stones. Finally, I had a unique experience in the sauna where I selected the color therapy option to activate all the benefits it offers. In short, I can wholeheartedly recommend this clean place, with ample parking and incredibly helpful and friendly staff.
The massage itself was very good, however it did not last the full hour as advertised. It was closer to 45 minutes. The facial was just okay and also significantly shorter than expected. It was supposed to be a 60-minute service but only lasted about 40 minutes. During my facial, the technician was on her phone while my mask was setting, which felt unprofessional. Unfortunately, this seemed to be a pattern rather than a one-time issue. When I came out of my massage room, the therapist was standing there scrolling on his phone while holding a cup of water for me, and the front desk staff was also on their phone during checkout. While the quality of the massage was good, the shortened service times and lack of professionalism were disappointing and took away from the overall experience.
Amazing experience! I bought a 60-minute deep tissue massage and facial package for my mom through Groupon, and we are so impressed. The staff was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and arranged everything easily over the phone. They listened to all my concerns about my mom’s delicate condition. My mom has back implants and chronic lumbar/cervical pain, and even PT hasn’t given her lasting relief—but today, her massage therapist actually took her pain away. She felt real relief for the first time in a long time. Her facial was also rejuvenating and left her glowing. She’s tried many spas, but she said this is the best one she’s ever been to. We will definitely be returning!
This was my first massage EVER I had the pleasure of seeing Ms. Tabitha. She was amazing, she was extremely informative. She asked if there were any targeted areas she needed to focus on. She was extremely professional. I also saw Nicole for my facial was quite relaxing 😌. I have already booked my next appointment.
I booked a last minute appointment and was lucky enough to be booked with Tabitha with the assistance of Lisa. Staff was friendly and very helpful in finding the right therapist for my pain symptoms. I flew down to Florida to visit family this weekend and the air pressure aggravated my muscles intensely due to a spinal fusion I had a long time ago so I had a severe tension headache for a few days. Tabitha knew exactly what to do to relieve my pain and soften the masses of scar tissue that stiffen up often. I prefer deep pressure and her pressure throughout the session was perfect. I’ve had 1,000s of massages because of my spinal condition and this was definitely in the top 10. She even gave me new tips to help with aftercare as well. Tabitha is a gift and she truly seemed to care about helping me alleviate my pain. I’ll definitely be pre-booking the next time I come down to Florida with Tabitha - I don’t think I’ll get lucky twice!
